We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

• Assign duties and work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.

• Train, coach, and monitor housekeeping employees to ensure quality performance.

• Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.

• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

• Maintain records of attendance, inspections, inventory, and housekeeping activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.

• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping-related issues.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods, and safety practices.

• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to train and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.

• Proficient in inventory management and housekeeping documentation.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Basic computer skills and experience with housekeeping reporting systems are preferred.
