We are seeking experienced Guide Supervisors to lead and coordinate teams responsible for visitor guidance, customer assistance, crowd movement and operational support.

The position will supervise frontline personnel and ensure visitors receive clear, professional and consistent assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned guides and frontline personnel.

• Allocate staff across designated locations and operational areas.

• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.

• Monitor attendance, appearance and performance.

• Ensure effective visitor guidance and crowd movement.

• Resolve visitor queries and escalate operational issues where necessary.

• Coordinate with Operations, Security, Traffic Control and HSE teams.

• Support emergency and evacuation arrangements.

• Prepare basic shift and incident reports.

• Ensure high standards of customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience within events, hospitality, customer service, security, facilities or large public venues.

• Strong team-management and communication skills.

• Good command of English.

• Arabic would be highly advantageous.

• Ability to manage teams in busy, high-footfall environments.

• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and operational schedules.
