Position: Property Listing Specialist

Prime Asset Management Company, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Listing Specialist to join our team in New York, New York.

As a Property Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and listing properties for sale, rent, or lease. You will work closely with our team of real estate agents, brokers, and investors to ensure the successful marketing and sale of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential properties for sale, rent, or lease in designated areas
- Conduct thorough property analysis and market research to determine pricing and market trends
- List properties on various real estate platforms, including company website, MLS, and social media
- Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and investors to market and sell properties effectively
- Communicate with potential buyers or tenants to schedule property viewings and provide necessary information
- Negotiate and finalize sales or rental agreements with interested parties
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate and organized records of listed properties and their status

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate, preferably in property listing or sales
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field is preferred
