We are currently hiring experienced Learning & Development and Training professionals for multiple opportunities supporting a major organisation in Qatar.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across:

1. Learning & Training Needs Analysis

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Learning Needs Analysis

  • Training programme design and planning

  • Training evaluation and reporting

2. Soft Skills & Professional Development

  • Professional development programmes

  • Soft skills training

  • Leadership and behavioural training

  • Training delivery and evaluation

3. Technical / Electrical Training

  • Technical training delivery

  • Electrical engineering training

  • Technical competency development

  • Training needs assessment and programme design

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of relevant L&D / Training experience

  • Experience in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong preference for

  • Previous KAHRAMAA experience

  • Qatar / GCC experience

  • Arabic & English language capability

  • Government, utilities, or other large regulated organisations

  • ERP / HRIS / LMS exposure

  • ISO, risk management, or compliance knowledge

For Electrical Training roles

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering and hands-on experience delivering technical training are particularly encouraged to apply.
