About the Role
The primary focus of this role is creating high-quality, performance-focused paid advertising creatives for platforms such as Meta and Instagram. You’ll translate marketing goals and messaging into engaging visual concepts and develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
You’ll also support landing page and social media design when needed, so we’re looking for someone who can think beyond individual creatives and understand how design contributes to the overall conversion journey.
What You’ll Do
Design compelling paid ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, and other digital advertising channels.
Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for A/B testing and optimization.
Turn campaign messaging and marketing objectives into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused visuals.
Create and adapt Arabic-language advertising creatives for GCC/MENA audiences.
Support landing page and social media design when needed.
Collaborate with the marketing/growth team to develop and iterate on campaign assets.
Work independently and move quickly with minimal hand-holding.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives — this is a must.
Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused paid ad work.
Experience creating creatives for Meta/Instagram campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion-focused design, and creative testing.
Experience with B2B/SaaS is highly preferred.
Ability to create both paid ad and landing page assets.
Fluent Arabic, with the ability to design high-quality Arabic-language creatives.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal direction.
Motion/video design experience is a plus.
