Sales Manager – Coffee Roastery

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in coffee roastery, coffee, F&B, or FMCG sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in Saudi Arabia and experience in developing B2B business and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities.

  • Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.

  • Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee, and related products.

  • Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.

  • Handle sales negotiations, proposals, pricing, and closing.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Coffee Roastery, Coffee, F&B, or FMCG.

  • Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market.

  • Proven B2B sales and business development experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Good understanding of the Saudi coffee/F&B market.

  • English required; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
