About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced HR & Government Relations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes for a leading organization in the engineering, construction, and infrastructure sector.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and compliance, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, and relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related transactions.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other employee lifecycle processes.

• Prepare HR letters, certificates, contracts, and employee documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.

• Support HR compliance and ensure processes are aligned with applicable labor regulations.

• Coordinate with employees, management, and relevant government authorities as required.

• Support HR reporting, documentation, audits, and other operational requirements.

• Ensure timely completion of employee-related administrative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or Government Relations in Saudi Arabia.

• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labor Office, and related government platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government procedures, and HR compliance.

• Experience managing employee documentation and government transactions independently.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently working as HR Operations Specialists, HR Specialists, HR Officers, Personnel Specialists, or Employee Relations Specialists, particularly those with experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or large project-based organizations, are encouraged to apply.
