About the Role

An international technology organization in Dubai is looking for a Cloud & AI Business Development Associate to support the growth of its emerging technology solutions.

This is an opportunity for an early-career professional with a background in Computer Science, IT or a related fieldwho wants to build experience across AI, cloud computing and technology solutions. The role combines technical learning with customer engagement, market development and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the promotion and business development of cloud and AI solutions.

• Research market trends, customer needs and potential business opportunities.

• Engage with prospective customers and partners to understand their requirements.

• Help position relevant cloud, AI and MaaS (Model as a Service) offerings based on customer needs.

• Support product presentations, customer meetings and solution discussions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate solution capabilities.

• Maintain records of prospects, customer interactions and business opportunities.

• Assist with ongoing customer follow-ups and relationship management.

• Keep up to date with developments in AI, cloud infrastructure and cloud services.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in technology, AI, cloud, SaaS, IT services, business development or a similar environment.

• Foundational understanding of AI and cloud technologies.

• Interest in emerging technologies and technology-led business models.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to learn technical products and explain concepts clearly to customers.

• Commercially curious, proactive and interested in developing within the AI and cloud technology space.
