Field Sales Executive – Jewellery Manufacturing Equipment

About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a client in the jewellery manufacturing equipment industry for a Field Sales Executive based in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the jewellery industry, and a strong ability to build relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and other industry stakeholders. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets across the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and industry professionals.

• Identify and approach potential customers across Mumbai and surrounding areas.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

• Coordinate with internal teams on sales and marketing activities.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

• Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions to develop new business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.

• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings within Mumbai and surrounding areas.
