Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development

• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration

• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes

• Develop and maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry

• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices

• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
