Role Overview

Our client is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager - F&B to oversee operational performance across its F&B business in Riyadh.

This role will focus on ensuring smooth outlet operations, developing high-performing teams, controlling costs, maintaining service and food quality standards, and supporting the company's growth plans.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets

• Ensure outlets consistently achieve operational, financial, and service targets

• Track sales, profitability, labor costs, food costs, and operational KPIs

• Lead outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline teams

• Establish effective staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management practices

• Monitor purchasing, stock levels, inventory movement, and wastage

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service

• Identify gaps in outlet performance and implement corrective action plans

• Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to improve operations

• Ensure compliance with Saudi food safety, labor, and operational regulations

• Support the launch of new outlets and contribute to expansion initiatives

• Develop SOPs and improve operational processes where required

• Prepare regular reports covering operational performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or a related discipline

• 7+ years of relevant F&B experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity

• Experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets or large-scale restaurant operations

• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, food and labor cost control, and inventory management

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing F&B teams

• Strong operational planning and execution skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with the Saudi F&B market and regulatory environment

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is preferred
