Warranty Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Assistant to support warranty claim processing and administration within our automotive division. The role will be responsible for ensuring claims are accurately documented, processed within required timelines, and properly coordinated with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automotive warranty claims and strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and within required timelines

• Review claim documentation to ensure all required information and supporting documents are complete

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of warranty claims and related documentation

• Liaise with vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve claim-related issues

• Track claim status and follow up on pending or rejected claims

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding warranty claims

• Coordinate with service and workshop teams to ensure accurate claim submissions

• Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and claim requirements

• Identify discrepancies, unusual claims, or potential warranty fraud and escalate where appropriate

• Support improvements to warranty administration processes and procedures

• Prepare basic reports and updates on warranty claim activity when required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in automotive warranty administration or claims processing

• Good understanding of automotive warranty policies and procedures

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant automotive systems/software

• Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast-paced environment
