Community Supervisor
About the Role
As Community Supervisor, you will oversee the day to day front line operations that keep a residential or mixed use community safe, orderly and compliant. Based onsite in Musqat, you will supervise and train staff, organise patrol coverage, and act as the escalation point for incidents, emergencies and resident concerns. You will ensure incidents are documented properly, risks are identified early, and follow up actions are completed. This role suits an experienced supervisor who is comfortable balancing security presence, customer service and facilities management coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach site staff to deliver consistent patrols, checks, reporting standards and professional conduct.
Plan daily deployment across entrances, common areas and car parks to maintain visible coverage and quick response times.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify suspicious activity, unsafe conditions, damages and HSE risks.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinate first response actions, and escalate to relevant parties as required.
Produce clear incident reports with timelines, statements, evidence notes and corrective actions for follow up closure.
Investigate complaints or observations related to nuisance behaviour, access control issues or community rule breaches.
Operate lost property procedures including logging items, secure storage, claimant verification and handover documentation.
Manage parking enforcement activities including monitoring violations, issuing notices where applicable and documenting repeat issues.
Maintain a site log of significant events, patrol findings and handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
Liaise with facilities management teams on hazards, defects or damages requiring rectification and track completion status.
Brief staff on daily priorities, recent incidents and risk areas, reinforcing safe working practices at all times.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in community management, security or facilities management (FM) operations
Proven experience supervising and training front line staff on site procedures and expected standards
Hands on experience conducting patrols and operational inspections across community or facilities environments
Demonstrated capability responding to security incidents and emergencies in a controlled, procedural manner
Strong incident reporting skills including accurate documentation of facts, actions taken and follow up requirements
Experience identifying HSE risks or damages during routine operations and escalating for corrective action
Working knowledge of suspicious activity reporting, lost property procedures and parking enforcement practices
