About the Role
A client is looking for a Bid & Tender Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of bids and tenders. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, reviewing tender requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid and tender submissions from initial review through submission.

• Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify requirements and deadlines.

• Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and operations teams to collect inputs.

• Support the preparation and formatting of technical and commercial proposals.

• Check submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Maintain bid trackers, templates, records, and tender documentation.

• Monitor tender portals and support the identification of new opportunities.

• Assist with tender clarifications and follow-ups.

• Support senior bid team members on larger and more complex submissions.

• Take ownership of smaller bids as experience develops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in bids, tenders, proposals, contracts, or commercial coordination.

• Understanding of tender documentation and submission processes.

• Strong written and verbal English.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• Able to coordinate across multiple teams and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Engineering, construction, infrastructure, technical services, or FM exposure is preferred.

• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
